The performance is presented by 12 Bulgarian dancers working under the direction of Orlando Rodriguez /Venezuela/ and Caterina Catarzi /Italy/ from the dance company Sasha Waltz & Guests, Germany.

IN C is an experimental, constantly evolving process that rethinks the dialogue between dance, music and space. The movements are 53 different body shapes that are similar to an alphabet of a new language. The number is not accidental, it is taken from the 1960s musical composition scheme on which the performance is based. The movements go necessarily chronologically. Always starting with the first and ending with the last, fifty-third figure. The dancer is free to choose how many times to repeat each figure, and how long to stay in it until deciding to move on to the next. During this process, they shape the space of their movement themselves. This is what makes IN C a structured improvisation whose performance on each stage becomes unique.
